Bernadette Colman

Bernadette Colman, Controller

Bernadette Colman is originally from Louisiana and graduated from Southern University and A&M College and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Bernadette has over 20+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience, including two years with the Big 4 (Deloitte). From there, she carved a niche in the manufacturing industry, holding analytical roles, cost accounting positions, and then ascending to divisional/plant controller of multimillion dollar revenue producing divisions of medium sized and large international companies including DuPont, Afton Chemical Corporation, and Weatherford. She possess 11+ years of manufacturing industry experience. Bernadette is a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and enjoys scrapbooking and crocheting.

Isa Sanaia

Isa Sanaia, Account Payables Specialist

Graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Administration with a Minor in Human Resources. In addition to being friendly and personable she’s also very diligent in getting things done. In her free time she enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with her son and family.

Heidi Gabelman

Heidi Gabelman, Administrative Support

Heidi has over 26 years of experience in the administrative and sales field. She has been dedicated to the company for 21 years. While wearing a variety of hats here at the office using her excellent time management skills and “go getter” attitude, she always has a smiling face for everyone she sees. When she’s not directing calls, handling admin responsibilities and running errands she is out on the soccer field cheering her daughter on at her travel league soccer games.

Kristie Dye, Customer Service/Orders

A Hard working mother of two, Kristie, has over 13 years’ experience in the administrative field. When she’s not diligently processing orders and giving exceptional customer service and support, she likes to spend the rest of her free time being outdoors enjoying all Florida has to offer doing things with her children like 4H club, gymnastics and football while being their biggest fan.

Dr. Pardeepinder Brar

Dr. Pardeepinder Brar, Senior Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

Dr. Pardeepinder is working as the head of Food Safety and Quality Assurance department at Italian Rose Garlic Products. She serves as the primary contact to ensure compliance with the current and upcoming government regulations related to food safety, sanitation, nutrition labeling and others. She is the key person to assure compliance with the specifications for incoming material, in-process conditions, and finished products and assist the research and development projects as well. She manages all the government, third party and customer audits, along with other certifications like Organic, Kosher, non-GMO. Prior to working at Italian Rose, Pardeepinder worked at Kellogg Company as a pre-professional intern in the Ingredient Quality department. She has Masters and PhD degree from University of Florida and her research projects focused on determining survival potential, cross-contamination potential and mitigation strategies for foodborne pathogens eg. Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes on tomatoes and nuts. She has published her research at renowned journals and has presented her work at several regional, state, national and international conferences throughout her degree program.

Chef Ryan Cullen

Chef Ryan Cullen, R&D Chef

Chef Ryan, originally from Pittsburgh, PA graduated from the Pennsylvania Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. Ryan has over 20 years in the culinary arts industry, including a banquets Chef at the elite Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL and a Kitchen Manager with the Hillstone Restaurant Group in Palm Beach, FL. Ryan is currently one of our Research and Development Chefs and you can usually find him in the kitchen where he is creating new items, refining current products, and researching the latest flavor trends to help our products continue to stay at the head of the industry. When Chef Ryan isn’t in the kitchen, he is usually enjoying outdoor sports and activities with his wife and son. He also loves trying new restaurants, traveling and volunteering at church.

Samantha Wetula

Samantha Wetula, Production/Warehouse Administrator

Samantha is working as Production/Warehouse Administrator and works hand in hand with the Production Manager and Warehouse Manager to plan timely manufacturing of all the production here at the plant. Previously, she worked as Quality Assurance technician at Italian Rose Garlic Products from 2014 to 2017, monitoring the Quality Assurance/ Safe Quality Food (SQF) documents on daily basis, along with verifying the QA checks from production, receiving checks for incoming products as needed and shipping checks as needed. Samantha obtained her high school diploma from Royal Palm Beach High School in 2013. She loves camping in woods as well as many other out-door activities. In addition she likes spending time with her husband and in-laws in free time.

Greg Burnett

Greg Burnett, IT Support

Greg serves as our information technology support and provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company. Italian Rose Garlic Information Technology provides support for research and technology, delivery of IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems, and client support services all of which are overseen by Greg. The primary responsibilities for this office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology concerns, including, but not limited to: governance and policy, resource allocation, information technology protocols, and security services. Prior to coming on board with Italian Rose Garlic Products, Greg served in the public and private sector leading diverse teams with extensive backgrounds in IT project management and oversight. Recreationally, Greg enjoys the sun, sand, golf and tennis that south Florida has to offer, the lights and buzz of NYC on a random weekend and overseas vacations with family and friends.

Natalie Battista

Natalie Battista, Graphic Design

A North Carolinian and avid creative mind, Natalie holds an Associate degree from GTCC in Jamestown, NC and a Bachelor’s in Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. She has over 15+ years’ experience in design. When she’s not creating all the company labels, points of sale, flyers, graphics and all other creative/graphic needs for Italian Rose; she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and avidly crafting/creating anything she finds exciting on Pinterest.She is also an amateur photographer and loves to use her creativity in many other areas of her life including her hobby of interior design.
